London Lawns & Landscaping proposes to maintain the above property for the term of one year from the dates stated at the bottom of this contract.
LONDON LAWNS & LANDSCAPING Inc. PROPOSES TO VISIT
THE ABOVE PROPERTY APROXAMATLEY 36 TIMES WITHIN A ONE YEAR PERIOD (refer to
schedule for scope of work) FROM THE
DATE SIGHNED AT THE END OF THIS AGREEMENT AND SHALL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
*Mowing, edging, weed eating and blowing shall take place according to scope of work schedule
*Trim all shrubs and ground covers according to scope of work schedule
*Flower beds will be maintained free of weeds every visit, or on an as needed basis.
*Light tree trimming shall be performed when there are low limbs around the property, this means anything that cannot be walked beneath and does not need the use of a ladder to be removed. If property contains Crepe myrtle trees, they will be timed back in January at the customers’ request. Major tree trimming is available at an extra fee and shall not take place without the customers consent.
*Round up treatment is applied throughout the property on unwanted growth such as cracks in the driveway or sidewalks; this is provided on an as needed basis or at the customer’s request.
*Leaves will be cleaned up in the winter months over the course of the scheduled visits.
*Irrigation system will be checked once a year at no charge, providing owner provides access to timer box. All repairs that are needed are an extra charge and will not be fixed without the customer’s consent unless the damages are caused by London lawns in which case there will be no charge.
*Trash that has accumulated in the yard or property, i.e. Paper, cans, bottles, candy wrappers etc. shall be picked up on a per visit basis or as needed. If the customer has more than five trash bags full of any kind of trash there will be a hauling fee, which will be discussed with the customer before hauling.
*Winter rye grass over seeding is available at the customer’s request and is a separate billing item. We use only a high-grade multi blend perennial rye grass which will be applied at a rate of 10 lbs per 1000 sq ft. at a cost of the seasonal rate at the time of application. This price will include application and Preparation of surface, which includes: scalping, bagging, hauling of grass clippings and one application of starter fertilizer.
*Seasonal color is provided at the owner’s request and is a separate billing item. The cost of this item is $1.55 per 4” pot, labor and one application of plant fertilizer included. Any other materials such as: soil mix or mulch will be supplied if needed but is a separate billing item.
*Pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers are provided as needed or at the customer’s request upon the customer’s approval. London Lawns & Landscaping will present written or verbal notice when it is recommended for such applications. This is a separate billing item and the cost (based on specific services & programs) shall be determined with customer prior to applications.
*Any extra work or materials needed for the maintenance of this property such as: mulch, soils, aeration etc. shall be presented in either written or verbal form by London lawns & landscaping and will not be performed without the customer’s permission.
All services that are stated shall be completed as stated, unless weather permits. In which case, the work will be rescheduled as soon as the weather allows and appropriate scheduling can be resolved.
Please be aware that London Lawns & Landscaping will be closed from December 24th through January 2nd. In the week of a national holiday your regular scheduled day may change on that particular week.
London Lawns & Landscaping will give a specific day of the week that the above duties will be performed, however London lawns reserves the right to change that day at any time. Please be aware that we do our best to stay with your requested or given day.
Billing shall take place on the first of every month for that particular month and is due on or before the 15th day of that same month.
London Lawns & Landscaping reserves the right to terminate this contract with nothing less than a 30-day notice. The customer is also entitled to this same right.
